By joining Trezevant’s Priority List, members have priority for apartments and garden homes.

The Priority List operates on a first come, first serve basis and is the best way to secure your future, while staying informed on the availability.

Take part in activities and get to know Trezevant residents
Access to exercise classes, indoor pool and aquatic classes and fully equipped fitness center
One complimentary meal per month in the Snowden Dining Room or Bistro
Exclusive access to the Performing Arts Center, St. Edward Chapel, art studio, library and walking trails
Members are notified when their preferred apartment or garden homes becomes available. If one chooses to pass on the resident, they will maintain their place on the list
