Rehabilitation Center

The on-site Trezevant rehabilitation services offers licensed therapists for physical, occupational or speech therapy. Each resident is treated according to established goals and plans that are developed by their physician, the therapists and the nursing team. This allows for a comfortable recuperation and an effective rehabilitation. Rehabilitation programs, vary in frequency and intensity as needed, with the goal being a quick and safe return to one's home.
